This world is perceived that extroverts, the loud for-coming people do well…this is not true!
It’s OK to be anybody you want you be. I feel like we grow up learning to be someone else, trying to be something we are not. Until you except the fact that we are all different only then you will accept that being yourself is perfectly fine.
I like to talk, and won’t stop until someone interrupts me because I feel like I have to get everything out at one point. I think the more I talk they then won’t think I don’t have an opinion or doesn’t know what I am talking about (mainly the latter).
But reading Quiet:The Power of Introverts in a World That Cant Stop Talking by Susan Cain I have learnt that it is perfectly fine to be quiet and not expressing every single thing you have on your mind at that point in time. It was very interesting to learn that some of the most knowledgable people where introverts.
Now, there is not just one path or the other. I’m not saying I’m a 100% introvert, but I have many qualities of it.
Introverts have unique powers, it’s a little like the saying ‘always expect the unexpected’, expect the same with introverts. We are extremity powerful people.
