Take a step back and re-think your thoughts...what's the worst that can happen?
After discovering the love of fitness (aka boxing) and feeling like I can keep up with the fittest people in the gym (well I say keep up VERY lightly!) I decided to look at what I was eating as I couldn’t see my weight changing which I was baffled by. Surely if I go to the gym every day for 2 hours I can eat anything I want, right?!
